Tapas offers a variety of vegetarian dishes
Publisert: 6. September 2022
Because a tapas meal consists of so many different dishes, it’s almost guaranteed that everyone finds something they like. In other words, tapas is a perfect meal to serve when inviting to a party. The dishes are easy to combine, and adapt to different preferences, allergies and dietary requirements. Among the well-known and classic tapas dishes, there are a number of vegetarian options – and even some vegan varieties.
Vegetarian tapas – options without meat
Based on what type of vegetarian you are, or your diet, there are many choices among the well-known tapas dishes. At Delicatessen, you find a good selection of cheeses, salads and sometimes stews that are vegetarian-friendly and make for a delicious, meat free meal.
The most popular vegetarian tapas dishes in our restaurants are fried potatoes, also called patatas bravas, asparagus beans in lemon oil, fried artichokes, bread and aioli, marinated olives, fried pimientos padrón, grilled bread with tomato, chevre salad with beetroot and various types of cheese. All the Delicatessen sisters have different variations of these dishes on the menu, as well as some vegan options.
