ledige stillinger restaurant

Delicatessen is always looking for skilled staff for our restaurants at Grünerløkka, Majorstuen and Aker brygge. Are you a passionate waiter, chef or manager with experience from the restaurant industry? Read more about Delicatessen here, and see our available positions!

To work at Delicatessen is to become part of a family. A hard-working, diverse, knowledgeable and ambitious family, with a passion for Spain and good guest experiences. We are at our best when all family members thrive and enjoy themselves at work. Employees who create a good atmosphere, among both guests and colleagues, contribute to a good working environment – and help cultivate the unique Delicatessen culture that we are so proud of.

As part of our family, you will experience both inspiring wine courses and guided running trainings (if you want to). Maybe you are invited on a staff trip to Spain, or win one of our sales competitions? One thing is for sure; you are guaranteed to eat lots of tasty tapas. If you have something on your mind, the administration is there to help you – and if the restaurant is profitable, you will notice it on the pay slip.

At Delicatessen you can experience real Spanish flavors both on the plate and in the glass, delivered by playful, attentive and present waiters. The atmosphere is informal and the sound level should be high; as in a cozy local restaurant by the Mediterranean.

The Delicatessen story started in 1999 at Grünerløkka, and has since expanded to Majorstuen and Aker Brygge. Under our umbrella you also find a catering department – and even a winery in Ribera del Duero in Spain. There are in other words great opportunities to learn a bunch of new things, travel, and get to know new colleagues in our organization!
